Refund and Exchange Policy
- Any client to arrive late will not receive refund or exchanges
- Any cancellation (2) days before set recording dates will receive full deposit.
- Any cancellation within (2) days will be issued half of deposit.
- Any cancellation on set day of recording will be not issued a refund.
- No refunds will be issued once audio recording session begins.
- Exchange of hours only due to technical issues or unexpected issues with equipment.
